Our signature site is The Waterfront at Homebush Bay. The Waterfront is a lifestyle orientated community residential development and is the largest single residential development currently being undertaken in NSW. The Master Plan has approval for over 2500 dwellings on the site. We are currently involved in discussions with a number of other developers to provide our expertise and solutions to their developments.

In recognition of HomeLinX and its unique network we received the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA NSW) award for 2003 for projects over $300,000.
