A: You can use any equipment approved for use in Australia on a normal telephone line.

Q: How long does it take to get connected?

A: We aim to complete all requests for service within 24 business hours.

Q: Can I use override codes to access other carriers?

A: Special four digit codes (14xx) can be used to make long distance and international calls via HomeLinx.

Q: What payment options are available?

A: Payment options are displayed on your monthly invoice. These include BPay, direct debit, credit card, cheque and cash.
